Super Bowl V 5 Program Baltimore Colts Dallas Cowboys Vintage January 17 1971. FIRST MODERN ERA NFL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!! In the first Super Bowl between AFC and NFC teams after the merger the Colts beat the Dallas Cowboys 16-13 at the Orange Bowl in Miami. The Colts won with a FG with 5 seconds on the clock!
Baltimore was led by Johnny Unitas, Dallas by Roger Staubach and Coach Tom Landry. It is the only Super Bowl in which a player on the losing team was awarded the MVP = Cowboy Linebacker Chuck Howley. CONDITION = Cover and pages are all intact, but there are lots of little marks and stains as well as some dog eared and broken corners in the bottom right for the first several pages (see photo 6). The front has several other little marks and bends etc = see photos.
The back is similar but there is a very old piece of tape on the edge of the back cover toward the middle (see photos 3 and top of photo 8) Inside the pages are fading. But much of the book has water stains on the edges of inside pages (see photos 8 and 9) and know many pages look similar.
