1968 Super Bowl II 2 Rare Auxiliary Press Pass Green Bay Packers Oakland Raiders

This original dark, honeydew green-colored Super Bowl II Auxiliary Press Pass is the only example we have ever seen. It is toned with paper foxing but retains all of the color as well as the original attachment string.

Unlike Super Bowl I, where these can be found unused, Super Bowl II was a sell-out and every single Press Pass was used. Auxiliary Press amounted to late additions or secondary media members so there were very limited numbers ever issued.

Either extremely rare or one-of-a-kind. This press pass came directly from the personal collection of Notre Dame Fighting Irish broadcaster and New Orleans play-by-play announcer, Al Wester.
