This is a very neat 1954 North Carolina High School football grouping from the Eighth Annual Optimist Bowl held at Memorial Stadium in Asheville, N. Grouping includes a medium size jersey made by the Southern Jersey Co. In Alexander City Alabama, game program, ticket stub, game ribbon and newspaper clippings.
Ribbon has players name who played for the West squad and went to Marshall High School in North Carolina. Jersey is in very good condition. Paper items have some wear and creases.
