1927 Rose Bowl Football Program University of Alabama vs Stanford University
Scarce official program from the January 1, 1927 Rose Bowl. Program is a total of 12 double-sided pages for a total of 24 pages plus the front and the back cover.
Program is technically in about vg-ex to near ex condition. The entire front cover exhibits uniform soiling and light foxing.
This is also evident on the inside of the front cover and the title page. Some evidence on back cover at bottom. Overall mentioned for accuracy and you can see on close inspection but because of the oil painting type color cover it does not take away from the overall presentation.Original owner appears to have written the weight of each player next to them on the lineup page. However the program is structurally very solid. Spine is 100% intact with no splitting.
No loose or missing pages. There is a light vertical fold line from the program being folded and brought home but the program lies completely flat.
Only other crease is a small one on the back cover lower left corner. Please see my other auctions.
